The Initiative: The need for parking spaces in urban centers, airports, hospitals, universities and other central locations is a worldwide problem. The existing solutions are limited and require extensive grounds. The realization that underground space is a possible solution, lead us to develop an optimized use of space with the highest possible level of serviceability.
The Innovation: The optimized combination of vertical shafts, one of the expertise of Rolzur, combined with an automated parking space that enables the customer to use an app for prepay and preorder a parking space.
The Environment: Instead of expanding surface areas for paved parking spaces – we enable the preservation of the green lungs of the earth, and also provide a parking solution at the heart of urban centers where major traffic occurs.
Rolzur’s Unique Underground Parking Solution
In cooperation with the world-renounced U-tron Co., Rolzur provides a smart solution for airports, hospitals, shopping centers, universities and educational centers, and other institutions requiring large parking spaces, with a singular and comprehensive technological solution that takes much less of the surface grounds designated for parking and enables more than five times actual parking spaces.
Rolzur’s Unique Underground Parking Solution
Our solution is designed based on unique technologies for fully automated parking. This, while meeting all the standards required in terms of fire protection, safety, transportation and licensing.
Interdisciplinary projects are most favorite by Adi Alphandary, our Head of Business Development. By using both traditional shafts practices and mechanization, automation and software technologies, we were able to create a solution that fits the characterization of a smart city, and is at the forefront of modern technology along with the underground cemetery initiated by Rolzur.
Our solution enables 600 parking spaces on Foot Print sized 12x24 inches only! A space that, in the old parking techniques, could be utilized for parking only 100 vehicles.
